Do you serve Vietnamese iced coffee?
Yes. Our V2 Ice Viet Coffee (cà phê sữa đá) is made with bold Vietnamese Robusta coffee, brewed in a traditional phin filter or on our espresso machine. We also make lattes, frappés and hot coffee.
Do you have Vietnamese egg coffee (cà phê trứng)?
Yes. Our V5 Crème Brûlée Coffee is inspired by Hanoi’s famous cà phê trứng: a sweet, rich cream over strong Vietnamese coffee.
What is Vietnamese salt coffee (cà phê muối)?
Salt coffee comes from Huế in central Vietnam: strong coffee topped with a lightly salted cream that brings out the coffee’s sweetness. Try it as our V4 Salted Coffee.
Can I order online?
Yes. Tap “Order Online” to order ahead for pickup at our Fry Rd shop in Katy, then grab your order without waiting in line.

Yes. Many coffee and matcha drinks can be made with oat, coconut or almond milk. Ask our staff or choose it when you order online.
